We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. Our return policy lasts 14-days from date of purchase. If shoes are defective (by manufacturer’s standards), product may be returned within 60 days.
Final Sale
Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:
- Manufacturer no longer manufactures product
- Clearance items
- Intimate apparel, such as undergarments
- Nutrition products with the seal broken: gels, energy bars, drink mixes/tablets
- Cream, ointment, lotion and powder products
- Gift cards
Exchanges
Special Order product or product showing wear qualify for exchange or credit on BBay Gift Card.
Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, product must be new, unused and in the same condition as when it was sold. Product must be in original packaging. Shoes must be in new condition with no outsole wear. Receipt is required.
Refund will be processed and credit applied to customer’s credit card used at purchase or original method of payment.
