Our Fitting Specialists spend focused and quality time during our Personal Fitting Service ensuring adequate sizing and fit while guiding our customers through comfort & performance metrics with the intention that our customers only make their purchase if they have high-confidence in their footwear selection.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund.

Final Sale

Items that are final sale and exempt from return include:

  • Special Orders
  • Discounted items
  • Intimate apparel, such as undergarments
  • Nutrition products
  • Cream, ointment, lotion and powder products
  • Gift cards

Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, original tags, if any, attached and in original packaging. Receipt is required. Credit & debit card refunds are subject to a payment & refund processing fee of 4.6% (2.3% payment + 2.3% refund) of the sale price + tax. Personal Fitting Service Fee is applied if footwear is returned for refund. Full refund to BBay Gift Card is optional.

Exchanges

Products ineligible for refund qualify for exchange or credit of the purchase price on to BBay Gift Card.
