Dr. Trevor LeDain, a Physical Therapist at Performance Physical Therapy Bellingham, will provide a free injury prevention clinic hosted by BBay Running to increase awareness of symptoms and muscle imbalances associated with seven frequent running injuries. He’ll touch on exercises to correct the imbalances and how to use today’s technology to help monitor changes in running, hiking or walking form.
